Events by Pamela Joy is a wedding planning business specializing in officiating, wedding planning and special occasions. I am based in Massachusetts, designing and coordinating fabulous events throughout the state. I serve Greater New England (MA, CT, ME, RI, VT, FL) but am happy to travel for your destination wedding! I adore all of my clients and love making their day as personal and stress free as possible. I approach all of my events with a fresh perspective. My affection for love stories, families, celebrations and details creatively inspire me and are the reason why I love what I do.
WHY A WEDDING PLANNER? This question has a simple answer: Individuals often find they lack the time or expertise to plan events themselves. Wedding Planners can step in and give your special event the attention it deserves. Planning a big event can be similar to planning a big show. You are the producer, the director, the stage hand, and star in the leading role. I am able to help you with your responsibilities of your production. I can handle all of the stages of planning your event from the selection of the site to being present on the big day, making sure everything runs smoothly. My Services
I will offer consultation, monthly check ins, a Google Wedding Planner, a Google "To Do" list, a preferred vendor list. I'll design a timeline, that won't make you feel rushed on your wedding day. I'll be your point person the day of, for your guests and vendors. This is great for the person who wants it all - assistance from start to finish! Whatever your needs I will work with you to make your event perfect, serve as your advisor, coordinator, supervisor and mediator. The Cost: Planning a special event with a myriad of details to coordinate is no easy task. As your event planner I can save you a lot of time and put your mind at ease by alleviating the burden of managing all the details of your special event. Hiring me as your Wedding Planner is not necessarily an additional expense and could fall within your budget. I can help you maximize your time and your money by sharing my abundant resources with you and recommending the finest services available in the Pioneer Valley at the best prices.
