Events by Pamela Joy is an event planning business specializing in weddings and special occasions. I am based in Massachusetts, designing and coordinating fabulous events throughout the state. I adore all of my clients and love making their day as personal and stress free as possible. I approach all of my events with a fresh perspective. My affection for love stories, families, celebrations and details creatively inspire me and are the reason why I love what I do.
WHY AN EVENT COORDINATOR?
This question has a simple answer: Individuals often find they lack the time or expertise to plan events themselves. You are the producer, the director, the stage hand, and star in the leading role. I am able to help you with your responsibilities of your production. I can handle all of the stages of planning your event from the selection of the site to being present on the big day, making sure everything runs smoothly. I will offer consultation, book the facility; hire your caterer, entertainment, florist, and other services. I will supervise the day of your event. My full service is my most comprehensive package. This is for the person who wants it all - assistance from start to finish! Whatever your needs I will work with you to make your event perfect, serve as your advisor, coordinator, supervisor, financial planner and mediator.
Manage Day of Event:
Perhaps you have planned your entire event but would like me to oversee the management of the day. I can be present to direct the event and handle last minute details which will allow you and your family to enjoy your special day without worry and devote all your attention to your guests! This service will require at least one consultation before the event.
Design Your Own Service:
If you would like to design your own unique service, my DYOS service will best serve your needs. Let’s meet and discuss what your needs are.
If you just need a little help getting the event plans off the ground, and some follow up phone calls, this option offers you planning advice. I can recommend sites suitable for your function, caterers and photographers, etc.
